Deadlines

We accept ads throughout the year. Generally, submissions before a deadline determine whether an ad will appear in the next Winter Annual Concert or Spring Annual Concert program books.

Submitted material will not be returned. Your order is incomplete until all elements are submitted and meet specifications. We recommend submitting your ad well in advance of the deadline.

How do I submit the art/business card for my ad?

Personal ads are text-only. For all other ads, you can send your art to ccm@ccmsings.org with your e-receipt, or drop off your ad at our office with your e-receipt. Your ad is incomplete unless you submit all elements. If you miss the deadline for your preferred concert, your ad will appear in the next program concert book.

HOW DO I RESERVE the FRONT OR BaCK COVER AD SPACE?

Contact us to inquire about FRONT INSIDE, BACK INSIDE, or BACK COVER ad placement (color, no bleed; 5″ w x 8″ h; $300).
