College-Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati, M.A. in Vocal Performance beginning Fall 2018
Cincinnati, OH
Graduate Student
At Oberlin, I fell in love with the world of opera and was lucky to perform several main stage roles including the title role of Massenet’s Cendrillon (Cinderella). Before I move to Cincinnati in the fall to pursue my Master’s degree, I will be spending my summer in Montecito, California as a Vocal Fellow at the Music Academy of the West. I will be covering the role of Cherubino in Mozart’s Le Nozze di Figaro, as well as participating in numerous concerts, master classes, and opera scenes.
“I owe so much to CCM– it provided me with the best foundation for musicianship I could have possibly asked for, and even more importantly, showed me how meaningful music-making can be. As I enter into a career in music, I am exceptionally grateful for the early training I received at CCM, and for the incredible teachers who encouraged and inspired all of us.”
