ALL ORDERS DUE BY SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 9

• Credit Card payments can be made at the end of the online order form.
• Checks should be made out to: Children’s Chorus of Maryland
  Write the Order number from your receipt in the memo line or print and attach your receipt.
• Cash payments should be put in an individual envelope. Include a copy of your receipt. Or write the Order number clearly on the envelope next to the Customer’s name.
