Support the voices of Baltimore's Children

For more than 30 years, Children’s Chorus of Maryland & School of Music has been a major contributor to the artistic life of Baltimore’s children. CCM looks to the future with bold ideas and exciting dreams for expanding its vocal education and performance opportunities for children.

Our mission is twofold: to empower musical children and to promote the fine art of music. To achieve this, we work to develop the talent of musical children and bring them to music literacy through singing. We recognize that the voice is the first and most natural instrument to be learned. Children are taught not only to use it well but also to hear, feel, think, express, read, write, and perform music. We offer eleven individualized levels of education, highly trained treachers, and a play-based method that inspires children to love and live music for the rest of their lives.
